Delete Account & Data

You can delete your Linxi Tarot (靈犀塔羅) account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In the App

  1. Open the app and go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: By Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@alofttechnology.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account profile (email, nickname, birthday)
  • All tarot reading history and AI interpretations
  • Wallet balance (Gold and Crystals)
  • Purchase history
  • Login streak and daily reward data

Note: Active subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Please cancel your subscription in the respective store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
