Terms of Service

1. Entertainment Purpose

Tarot readings provided by the App are for entertainment purposes only. They are AI-generated interpretations and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). We make no claims of supernatural or predictive ability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest users have limited functionality; creating an account unlocks the full experience.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers virtual currencies (Gold, Crystals) and a Pro subscription. All purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies. Virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

5. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play or the Apple App Store Settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use automated systems to interact with the App
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially

7. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, and AI-generated interpretations are owned by us or licensed to us. You may save and share your personal readings for non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on tarot readings, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the Service entirely. In such cases, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via email or in-app notification. Upon service discontinuation, all active subscriptions will be cancelled and no further charges will be made. Virtual currency balances will no longer be accessible after service termination.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
